解决Virtual pc/windows CE emulator警告问题

在Windows XP SP2系统中安装了eMbedded Visual C++ ，每次开机/重启计算机，都会弹出警告：
停用的设备或应用程序
“Virtual pc/windows CE emulator”会造成windows不稳定。
Windows使这些驱动程序无法加载。
或者
Devices or applications disabled
'Virtual PC/Windows CE Emulator' will cause Windows to become unstable. Windows has prevented these drivers from loading.
